Delivery Costs and Delivery Time

Currently, the following price list applies in our KTM store:

Free delivery / *Payment in advance from 100 €

Status "Order by 10:00 – we ship: today" means that the product is available in the local warehouse and an order placed on a working day before 10:00 will be shipped the same day.
Example: Order placed on Tuesday at 9:30 – shipment will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Estimated delivery: Thursday, Friday, or Monday.

Status "Order today – we ship: tomorrow" means that the product is available in the local warehouse, but the order was placed after 10:00 – therefore it will be shipped the next working day.
Example: Order placed on Tuesday at 13:00 – shipment will be dispatched on Wednesday.
Estimated delivery: Friday, Monday, or Tuesday.

Status "Order today – we ship in: 3–5 days" means that the product is available in an external warehouse and will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
Example: Order placed on Monday – shipment will be dispatched between Wednesday and Friday.
Estimated delivery: Friday, Monday, or Tuesday.

Remember that orders are shipped and delivered only on working days, that is, from Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.

If a specific product is currently unavailable or on backorder, we may hold the delivery of the remaining items until the stock is replenished – we will notify you in advance about this. As soon as the product is available again, we will ship the entire order in one shipment.
