Payment Methods
At KTM-SKLEP.PL, we offer the following payment methods – choose the one that suits you best:

Fulfilling such orders may be conditional on the prior payment of a deposit or the full amount in advance. The order will be processed (ordered from the supplier if not in stock) once the payment is recorded in our account.
The seller individually determines the methods and terms of payment for products sold through the online store.
The shipment includes an invoice or VAT invoice detailing all items of the order and transaction costs.
If there is a payment issue, you can try the following:
- After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Soon after, you will receive another email titled "New Payment Transaction (...)" – it contains a link where you can check the payment status or make the payment again.
If you placed the order as a registered user of the online store, you can also:
- Log into your account,
- Open the Orders tab,
- Find your latest order and click "Pay Again" or change the payment method.
Yes, at KTM-SKLEP.PL you can take advantage of the option to purchase in installments thanks to the Klarna service, which allows installment payments or a payment delay for 30 days.
If you choose to finance your purchase this way, simply select Klarna as the payment method during checkout and complete the authorization.
