Return Procedure
How can I return products?
If the product is new, undamaged, and unused, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Click on the chosen option to start the return process:
In the return form, select the reason Wrong size and the handling method Product exchange. In the notes, write which size you wish to receive in exchange.
Instead of a refund, we will send you a new product no later than 14 working days (we always strive for faster) after receiving your shipment. If the selected size is not available, we will contact you.
If you think that additional materials, such as photos or videos, might be helpful, first submit a return, then send us the photos/videos to reklamacje@ktmsklep.pl. In the email subject, write [order number].
After successfully completing the return process, the next step will appear – "Create a return shipment." Enter the required information and follow the instructions. Properly protect the prepared package and take it to the selected drop-off location or wait for the courier.
You can check the status of your return by clicking on one of the buttons below.
Upon receiving the product, we will check your request. If the product is undamaged, you will receive a refund within 14 days from the date the package is sent. Keep the shipping confirmation until the refund is received.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the following cases:
- products made to order and according to customer specifications (e.g., motorcycle stickers, shirts with a name),
- products in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return after opening for hygiene or health reasons,
- media with software or other material for installation in a vehicle (e.g., CDI modules) that can be copied or activated.
Retention of original packaging is required for all returns. Returns without adequate protection may be rejected or may be subject to a loss of value assessment.
A consumer who exercises the legal right to withdraw from the contract is responsible for reducing the value of the product if they have used it in a way that exceeds the necessary verification of its characteristics and functionality.
This particularly applies to:
- removal of labels and seals,
- damage to the original packaging (e.g., foil, boxes),
- the need for professional assessment or refurbishment of the product for further sale.
In such cases, the refund may be proportionally reduced, for example:
- up to 20% for damaged or missing packaging (foil 15%, box 20%, missing label 10%, missing seal 15%),
- 10% for the cost of a professional assessment to confirm the authenticity and condition of the product.
This mainly applies to parts that have no additional markings other than the packaging—therefore, a professional assessment may be necessary to confirm their origin from our store.
Damage visible from the outside:
If the package arrives damaged (e.g., torn, crushed, wet, or otherwise damaged), it is mandatory to fill out a damage report with the courier upon receipt of the shipment. Such a document allows us to claim compensation from the delivery service and quickly process your report.
Damage inside – no visible signs on the packaging:
If the packaging appeared undamaged, but upon opening you found the product inside to be damaged – you can still file a complaint. In this case, photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product and attach the pictures to the report. Create a return and send the photos to
reklamacje@ktmsklep.pl
. In the email subject, write "complaint [order number]".

In the message, provide:
- order number (if applicable),
- description of the situation,
- contact details for a response.
We treat each report individually and respond within 7 business days.
